Upload your logo and team colors, pick a pattern, and our team sends a mockup for approval. We also offer an AI-powered mockup preview; every design gets an internal review before you approve for production.

What’s the production time?

Standard production is 4–6 weeks after art approval. Complex sets may add about one week. Rush options available when capacity allows.

What are the minimums?

Bulk team store items have a 10-piece per item MOQ. Bundles require a 10-bundle minimum. Our 365 store supports individual purchases without a seasonal close.

Can I change my order after payment?

Size/name tweaks are possible within 48 hours of payment. Design or quantity changes can affect pricing and timeline.

Do you match school colors and keep them consistent for reorders?

Yes—Pantone-matched colors and vector-sharp logos. We store your approved art so reorders match your originals.

How do you ship and where from?

Orders are QA’d and ship from Raleigh, NC. You’ll receive tracking once your order leaves our facility.

Could customs cause delays?

Occasionally, inbound goods face extended US customs holds due to tariff policies. We monitor every shipment and keep you updated; release timing is controlled by customs.

Do you offer expedited shipping?

Yes—UPS 2-Day and Next-Day shipping options are available once production is complete.

Who pays duties and taxes?

Domestic US orders don’t incur duties. International customers are responsible for VAT/duties at delivery; we can estimate at checkout when applicable.

How do I choose sizes?

Use the size charts on each product page. For teams, we recommend a small buffer in common sizes. You can mix men’s, women’s, and youth cuts in the same order.

Can I exchange sizes after delivery?

Custom products are made-to-order and not returnable for sizing. If there’s a defect or misprint, notify us within 14 days and we’ll repair or replace.

Bulk Team Store vs 365 Store—what’s the difference?

Bulk Store: open up to 2 weeks, items are required, production begins after close, orders ship 4–6 weeks later. 365 Store: a permanent store with a curated set of items for on-demand individual purchases.

Do you offer fan gear and kickbacks?

Yes—add fan gear to grow your store volume. We can set up programs like a 10% kickback to your program or booster per eligible sale.

What are your payment terms?

Most orders are paid at checkout. Approved schools may use PO/Net 30. Orders ship when payment terms are satisfied.

What’s your return policy?

Custom items are not returnable for buyer’s remorse or sizing. For manufacturing defects or printing errors, contact us within 14 days for a repair or replacement.
