Received wrong shot, I emailed you the next day, 14 days later never heard back!!!!!

I ordered a 4K women's shot and got a 4ib kids shot, I wrote you back 2 days after receiving the wrong shot. As you said in the notes above it has now been 14 days and I have not heard back from you about how we are going to take care of the problem. With this type of service it will be hard to use your services again. You get this taken care of like I asked in the first email I will be a happy customer, and pass the word on.
