SHIPPING:

ORDERS:


Delivery time depends on what you ordered. Standard, non-custom apparel is typically processed within one to two business days and delivered in about five to eight business days. Custom team orders take longer because they are made to order, and are usually delivered within up to six weeks after the team store closes. Fast Track custom orders are prioritised and delivered within around 15 days. Equipment orders generally ship within seven to fourteen business days. All orders are shipped from North Carolina via UPS Ground, and transit time varies depending on your location.


Orders can be cancelled, but fees apply and changes are limited. A 5% processing fee is charged on all cancellations. If the artwork has already been completed, an additional $25 artwork fee applies. For team store orders, artwork fees are non-refundable. Once production has started, changes or cancellations are usually not possible. Because most items are custom-made, it is important to check all details carefully before placing the order.


Production begins only after the final artwork has been reviewed and approved. Once you approve the design, the order is considered final and moves into production. From that point, the production and delivery timelines begin. This process ensures that all details, including sizing, colours, and logos, are correct before manufacturing starts.


All orders ship from North Carolina in the United States and are delivered using UPS Ground. Delivery times depend on the destination, with East Coast shipments typically arriving faster than those going to central or western regions. Transit times can vary slightly depending on carrier conditions or external delays.

GENERAL:


The Trackbarn 365 Warranty covers manufacturing defects for one year from the delivery date. This includes issues such as stitching defects, seam separation, collar detachment, and other construction flaws caused during production. If a defect occurs within this period, Trackbarn will repair or replace the item.


The warranty does not cover damage caused by normal use or external factors. This includes wear and tear, damage from gameplay such as sliding or contact, snagging or tearing, improper washing or care, and any alterations made after delivery. It also does not cover issues related to incorrect sizing or artwork approvals once the order has been finalised.


Custom and personalised items are generally non-refundable and non-returnable. Once an order is placed and approved, it is considered final. The only exception is if there is an error during production, in which case Trackbarn will fix the issue as quickly as possible.
