TrackBarn Olympic Games Giveaway - Official Rules

1. Eligibility: - The TrackBarn Olympic Games Giveaway (the "Giveaway") is open to individuals who are legal residents of the United States and are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry. - Employees of TrackBarn, their immediate family members, and individuals living in the same household are not eligible to participate. - The Giveaway is void in Florida & New York due to the size of the award.

2. Giveaway Period: - The Giveaway begins on November 1, 2023, at 12:00 AM EST and ends on December 31, 2023 at 11:59 PM EST (the "Giveaway Period"). Participants can enter the Giveaway by   Earning one (1) entry for every dollar spent on TrackBarn products or services during theGiveaway Period. Earning three (3) additional entries for every successful referral to the Giveaway, where the referred individual enters and mentions the referrer during their entry.

3. Bonus Entries: During the following Bonus Periods, participants can earn up to 10x the entries for their purchases: Bonus Period 1: 11/21-11/27 Bonus Period 2: 10x Multiplier on Black Friday

4. Prize: - One (1) prize will be awarded. The prize consists of a trip for one to the Olympic Games with an estimated value of $6,300. - The prize is non-transferable, and no cash or other substitutions will be offered.

5. Winner Selection: - A random drawing will be conducted from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period. - The drawing will take place within 14 days after the end of the Giveaway Period. - The winner will be notified via email & phone within 7 days after the drawing. - If the selected winner does not respond within 5 days or is found to be ineligible, an alternative winner will be chosen.

6. Taxes: - The winner is solely responsible for any taxes associated with the prize.

7. Publicity: - By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to allow TrackBarn to use their name, image, and likeness for promotional purposes without further compensation.

8. General Conditions: - TrackBarn reserves the right to disqualify any entry that violates these Official Rules or is deemed to be fraudulent. - TrackBarn is not responsible for any technical or human error that may occur in the administration of the Giveaway. - The Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

9. Release and Limitations of Liability: - By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless TrackBarn from any liability, claims, or actions of any kind arising out of or in connection with their participation in the Giveaway.

10. Disputes: - Any disputes arising out of this Giveaway will be resolved individually and without class action.
