I waited until the very last minute to pull the trigger on my order of 2 Olympus Podium disci and chased it with a phone call to see if there was a way to get it shipped faster. Carl asked when I needed it by and made note of it, then secured 2-day shipping. The implements arrived in 2 days and just 2 hours before my son's first meet of the season. I passed them off to my son just before the warm up throws and 30 minutes later he threw just over 140...that throw took 1st place for him and now my son will likely be forever partial to the Olympus Podiums! The color takes them even further in likeability, but the real evidence of their quality was in the overall feel (extremely smooth and tight and the black rim coating did improve traction) and balance and the fact that they could be put in a boy's hands and immediately thrown so well in a competition with only 2 warm up throws to acclimate. From the UPS truck to the top of the podium in an afternoon. An excellent product from a company with exceptional customer care! Thank you!
